The site is operated by the Non-Bank Lending Organisation “UNITED CAPITAL” S.R.L., IDNO 1015600038882, a non-bank lending organisation registered in the Republic of Moldova since 2015, headquartered in Chișinău. The non-bank lending activity is supervised by the National Bank of Moldova.
