01Who we are

The data controller is the Non-Bank Lending Organisation “UNITED CAPITAL” S.R.L., IDNO 1015600038882, headquartered in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For any question about the processing of your data, write to us at contact@unitedcapital.md.

02What data we process

Through the contact form we process the data you voluntarily submit: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message.

Through the microcredit application form on the /microcreditare page we process the data needed to review your application: first name, last name, your IDNP (personal identification number), date of birth, phone number, e-mail address (optional) and the requested amount. The IDNP and date of birth are needed to identify you as an applicant within the lending relationship.

The site has no user accounts and does not collect data about you in the background.

03How your data is stored

Both the messages sent through the contact form and the microcredit applications are recorded in our internal relationship-management system (CRM), hosted on the company’s own infrastructure, so that we can take up and act on your request.

04Purpose and legal basis

We use the contact-form data to review and respond to your request. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the agreement box, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011.

We use the microcredit-application data to assess your eligibility and prepare a possible offer or lending contract. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, together with the legal obligations of a non-bank lending organisation (identification, record-keeping and reporting). We do not take automated decisions producing legal effects on you based on this data.

05Marketing communications

We send you marketing communications (for example offers or news) only if you separately tick the dedicated box in the form. The legal basis is your distinct consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the review of your loan application.

06Cookies

The site uses one strictly functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose — this does not require consent.

With your consent, we also use analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic source). These are enabled ONLY if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you decline, they are not loaded. We store your choice in our own cookie (uc-consent).

07Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We may entrust it to service providers that support our activity (for example infrastructure hosting), which process it strictly on our instructions and under a confidentiality obligation. The data may be disclosed to public authorities, at their request, in the cases and under the conditions provided by law.

08How long we keep the data

We keep correspondence received through the contact form for as long as necessary to resolve your request.

We keep microcredit-application data for the duration of the review and, afterwards, for the periods required by the legal obligations applicable to a non-bank lending organisation (accounting records, prevention of money laundering). If an application does not result in a contract, we keep the data only to the extent necessary and delete it when those periods expire.

09Your rights

Under Law no. 133/2011 you have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (including for marketing). To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@unitedcapital.md — we reply within the legally prescribed time limit.

If you consider that your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP, datepersonale.md).

10Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the site gains new functionality. The current version, together with the date of the last update, is permanently published on this page.
